    • Our primroses, potted tulips, pansies and hellebores start coming out in stores and nurseries the end of January and once weathered to outdoors and can be planted anytime. My camellias are starting to bud out and so is my magnolia tree. Still a little early for blooms. Rhodies are looking good too, After Feb 15 we usually don’t get a hard freeze and we’ve had a particularly warm winter. So I’m thinking things will be earlier than normal.
