New Year, New Focus

Chris and I are starting up our Cee-Chris blog again. Slightly different twist and full of new energy and concepts and thoughts. I hope you will want to join along with us in our journey.

Grief work is important to me, but moving beyond grief is even more important.  Grief can keep us stuck in the past, can keep us going over and over the same feelings of loss, the same thoughts, memories and questions that will never be answered.

  1. I am so glad that the two of you are breathing in new oxygen into this blog with the new year. I enjoy reading what you two have to say, and everyone of us always have room to improve ourselves and hopefully our situation, but we also have unlimited capacity to continue to LEARN. Sometimes, the fog we are in, is the cause of our own doing. Outside perspectives without judgement can lead us to our own personal solutions, if we just allow it to happen.. Hugs & Kisses to you both! – John

    • Hello John. It’s always wonderful to hear from my brother-in-law. Outside perspectives can really make a difference. I know it has in my life.
