Even though we snowed off and on all day yesterday, it never stuck to the ground. However, we did get freezing temperatures last night. Here is a photo of one of our rhododendrons along our fence.
I’ve gathered a list of challenges and their hosts. So if you know a challenge host, please direct them to my blog. Feel free to contact me anytime. I hope everyone will be able to use my lists.

I hope it makes it!!

The rhododendrons here in this part of Oregon survives through out cold snaps. It will be just fine.

Nice composition: the contrast of lines, the colors, and the shallow depth of field make a pleasing photo.

Awww… the poor things! You’ve inspired me Cee – i took a couple of Rhodie shots earlier in the month in the bright Summer sun and will post them tomorrow to give these little buds a ray of hope! 🙂

Oops! – I took photo’s of white Oleanders, not Rhodies! Should have remembered – we don’t have that many Rhodadendrons down here. 😦
I’ll post them anyway. 😉

I heard of the train from Seattle that took 36 hours to get to Eugene with 200 passengers on board because of the snow/fallen tree. I think your flowers need all the Hope they can get!
Stay safe! 🙂

Actually, I live in what they call the Willamette Valley and our weather is much milder both summers and winters, then Portland. So we didn’t hit as cold or snowy as they did.

Hopefully our snow is over now for awhile. Not that we got that much, made our mornings frosty and pretty though.
