We have a lot of them growing by the roads in the summer. Love the composition with the shape of the lupines and the fir almost the same and the different pinks of the lupines and the roses.

My sister who died in 2006 loved lupine and had picked it out for her son’s wedding a week after she died. It was more purple than in your photo though. Nice photo as always!
