None of my pingbacks are working, Cee, but at least you accept my manual pingbacks. Just another little joy of life…

I would love to know the names of the Dahlia is that you put on your flower of the day. As part of my retirement plan I am moving in the direction of a flower farm and we’re wanting to diversify some of our values because we have a whole lot of Pinks and purples.

I used to capture all the names, but i stopped doing it the past few year. I had over 300 varieties. These all come from Swan Island Dahlias at dahlias.com They have an online catalog and you should recognize quite a few of them from me.

I am still trying to get a trip to Washington/Oregon for the year after next. I picked Alaska in 2017, my wife has Vegas slated for next year and then i get to pick again after that. Swan Island Dahlias will have to be a component of the journey.

Real late August or early September (up to 15th) the dahlias here are at the best.
