Any time taking photos is a fun playful break for me.
The topic for this week is “Mix Play with everyday“. I want to see what you all do for play everyday. I know that we don’t all work “officially”, so play can be interpreted in many ways. Do you play computer games, read, walk, exercise. What type of hobbies do you that brings a small break to your day? Feel free to take new photos or use your archives.
The next few weeks concentrate on small strategies for making your job (or home life) a joy.
Tip from Ingrid Fetell Lee: Mix play with everyday: Keep a ball under your desk to play with during breaks, or put a game like Jenga on your desk to invite people who stop by to join in.
Bonus tip: moving in fluid, curving arcs, as often happens during play, has been shown in some studies to increase creativity.
Feel free to use your photo archives and see what photos you have that fits the current week’s challenge, or even better yet grab you camera and take a new photo! ENJOY and have FUN.

My entry for the week

I feel like I’m taking a fun break anytime I have my camera in hand.

Playing solitare are my desk.

A rock I keep at my desk. it is just a fun textural feeling rock. The back has a wonderful thumb hold.

This is the the side of the rock and my finger fits perfectly in the groove.
I’ve put together a list of challenges and their hosts. So if you know a challenge host, please direct them to my blog. Feel free to contact me anytime. I hope everyone will be able to use my lists.
Qi (energy) hugs,
Cee

Then adapt to your own situation. The main goal is where do you find joy or how can you adjust your habits of joy.

Just like that girl with old camera, I wonder what if we were still using those heavyweight cameras with big flashlights today?

I wouldn’t be a photographer … not like I am now. Once digital came out, I started always having a camera with me. 😀
