FOTD – June 20 – Japanese Maple Leaves

Welcome to my Flower of the Day Challenge (FOTD).  Please feel free to post every day or when you you feel like it.  Don’t forget that my FOTD challenge accepts leaves and berries as well as flowers.

It was such a gorgeous day outside and the sun was perfect for taking a photo of my Japanese Maple.  Photo taken June 19, 2020.

  23. Mine is green all summer and turns scarlet in the fall. Does yours turn green in autumn?

  26. Wow…just got home from my son’s house fro dinner and we were having the conversation about trees. You see, my father planted a magnolia tree for his mother when she passed so I asked them what trees they wanted. I told them I wanted a Japanese maple!
