  1. So important . . . . and what a lovely space yours in.

I was once taught a relaxation technique where you visualize a space where you once felt at peace and relaxed, and to visualize it for a few minutes. Once the picture is truly in your mind to squeeze the bit of skin between you thumb and forefinger. After a couple of times that visualisation comes to mind when you squeeze your hand there, and eventually I’ve found that even when I think about squeezing that part of my hand I recall my space.

        1. Our little county had 160 new cases of Covid last week. Many of them across the street from me. There is a retirement village with townhomes, homes and various levels of rehabilitation and alzheimer’s in care and other types of in care. One of the buildings Covid is spreading like crazy. They don’t allow visitors in the in-care facilities since Covid, but one of the workers apparently brought it in.

          1. oh Cee that’s not good. So scary for your neighbourhood, and so awful for the retirement village. Do hope all the cases remain mild. Stay safe xxxx

            1. So far there have been 9 deaths, and in that population I think that number is low. The outbreak started over a month ago and is still climbing. Needless to say I’m not even going outside right now, except to take photos in my yard.
