The topic for this week is Remember to Hydrate. Tell us how you hydrate, if you hydrate, and show us your water bottles, cups, glasses. If you can brighten up your day by adding to color or something fun show that off too. I’m excited to see what you come up with for this week.
The next few weeks concentrate on small strategies for healthy habits.
Tip from Ingrid Fetell Lee: Remember to hydrate: Place 3-4 removable stickers on your water bottle in the morning. Each time you fill it, remove one so you can track your water intake throughout the day.

My entry for the week
I’m fortunate because I have always hyrdrated myself well. My goal is to drink 64 ounces of water a day. I don’t use ice, because putting cold things in your stomach makes it work harder, because it has to warm up the cold. I drink at room temperature or for a treat I will warm it up.
This first photo is my current way to check. These bottles have 16 ounces of water in them drink 4 bottles a day.
