The topic for this week is Put FLOWERS Next to Your Bed. I don’t put flowers next to my bed, in fact I usually don’t ever have cut flowers around.
So this week’s topic is:
- Flowers, or
- Something that boosts your mood in the morning.
I’m excited to see what you come up with for this week.
The next few weeks concentrate on small strategies for healthy habits.
Tip from Ingrid Fetell Lee: Put flowers next to your bed: True, this one might cost the equivalent of two cups of coffee, but researchers have found that putting flowers near your bed can boost your mood in the morning.
Feel free to use your photo archives and see what photos you have that fits the current week’s challenge, or even better yet grab you camera and take a new photo! ENJOY and have FUN.

My entry for the week
I am posting some flowers I picked from my garden over the years. They do brighten my desk in the mornings.
I’ve put together a list of challenges and their hosts. So if you know a challenge host, please direct them to my blog. Feel free to contact me anytime. I hope everyone will be able to use my lists.

Hi Cee, beautiful flowers. As I’m getting better and have more energy, I plan to paint again. I have a bunch of small canvases that I’d like to paint flowers on. I may come to you for inspiration.

Lovely flowers Cee. I am going to try this. I have a small vase of dark pink chrysanthemums and I’m going to put it by my bed.

I’m so proud of you Anne. Our bedroom is so ‘nothing’. Walls are still builder white and we have our bed, a chair, and two cheap dressers.

Well I like our bedroom. And I put a vase with flowers in it on my bedside table. I did not have a very good night with various things rambling about in my head but in the morning….there they were and it made me smile. I felt much better!

It could have been the result of a full moon. Glad you smiled when you saw your flowers 😀

I don’t do flowers on the nightstand either. For one thing, they would fall down the first morning I’d grope for the phone to switch off the alarm… 🙂 Your flower photos are as gorgeous as ever!

My cat would walk over and eat them. Or I’d knock them off. 😀 😀
