On the Hunt for Joy Challenge: Arrange your snacks

Chocolate covered coffee beans, protein bars, and cracker snacks.

The topic for this week is Arrange Your Snacks for the joy of it.  I play with my snacks and photography from time to time.  What type of snacks foods do you like. I’m excited to see what you come up with for this week.

The next few weeks concentrate on small strategies for healthy habits.

Tip from Ingrid Fetell Lee: Arrange your snacks – When cutting an apple or prepping veggie sticks with hummus, take the time to arrange the food in a wheel or in neat rows. Seeing the colorful foods laid out this way creates a burst of harmony that makes healthy snacks more appealing.

Feel free to use your photo archives and see what photos you have that fits the current week’s challenge, or even better yet grab you camera and take a new photo!  ENJOY and have FUN.

  1. Just let me stop at the first photo, Cee. Dark chocolate and tea, although today I’m sipping on a homemade iced mocha, my occasional go-to coffee drink. And having it at home means I can control how much sugar’s in it…and how much cocoa powder. 🙂
