Here is my entry for Ann-Christine’s of Lens-Artists Photo A Week Challenge with the topic of You Pick It. This is also my entry for Jez’s Fan of…..(Tulips) #87 challenge.
I went through my tulip folder the other day and thought I would pick a few of my favorite tulip photos for this week.

I’ve put together a list of challenges and their hosts. So if you know a challenge host, please direct them to my blog. Feel free to contact me anytime. I hope everyone will be able to use my lists.

Wish I could see such amazing field of tulips in person 🙂

They are so amazing to see in person. Because of Covid, the fields were closed this year. I really missed them 😀

Hi Cee, are the tulip fields from Skagit Valley in Washington state, US? Such beautiful pictures!

Nope, but you are not too far off. They are of the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm in Woodburn, Oregon.

I am SO jealous of your field of tulips Cee – is there a farm near you or did you travel for that one? I also loved the pink bloom hiding shyly behind the green leaf. that one is a story unto itself. Wonderful choice for the challenge.

I live about 20 minutes away from this tulip farm. It was closed this year due to Covid, hopefully I can go back next year. It usually is an annual event for me. 😀

It would be for me too! You’re lucky to be close enough that you know when they’re about to or in peak bloom. Those of us who’d have to travel are taking a chance!

So, you lifted my spirits this grey day, Cee! Wonderful tulips – and the lone scarlet one inside its hiding place is just a super shot!
