Here is also my entry for Susan from Cats and Trails nd Garden Trails blog is guess hosting Sunday Stills – # Winter Wonderland challenge.
Winter wonderland to me means snow. When I was really young I lived in Northern Minnesota on the shores of Lake Superior near Canada. Then I lived in Denver for 25 years. And now I live in Oregon and where I live it only snows on average one inch a year. However, from time to time we do get more than an inch.

I’ve put together a list of challenges and their hosts. So if you know a challenge host, please direct them to my blog. Feel free to contact me anytime. I hope everyone will be able to use my lists.

Wonderful snowy pictures! It looks like you saw enough snow in Minnesota and Denver to last a lifetime! I especially love the ‘tunnel’ picture through the snow covered branches. 🙂

I thought that was a cool photo. Yes I did see plenty of snow … I’m very grateful for my inch or less per year now. 😀

Yes it does … at least in my book 😀 Although I got to admit, a fresh layer of snow sure is beautiful.

I just can’t imagine what that feels like, but at least I know what it looks like.

It’s quiet in a bizarre way. Rarely with that much snow does it feel that cold. Guess you get an igloo effect. 😀 Now if you rub snow on your face or hands or get too wet, it’s very cold. 😀 😀

Awesome pictures. We get a little snow in midwinter on the high mountains. I’ve never stepped on snow. In South Africa we gave christmas in early summer.

Nice… only one inch! We are still waiting for the next snow storm after the one in April here in Minnesota.
