Water Water Everywhere #56 — Canby Rivers

Here is my entry for Photos By Jez Blog ‘s challenges called Water Water Everywhere #56..

We have had a ton of rain lately, so Chris and I ventured out yesterday to see if we had any localized flooding. The rivers are full but still contained in there banks. The water was brown from so much dirt being stirred up.

Willamette River boat ramp. Normally the ramp is about 10 feet longer before it hits the river. The second photo I took a few years back.

Mollala River, staying with its banks.

Mollala River boat ramp. Most of it is under water. You can see the bushes in the water on the bottom right.

I’ve put together a list of challenges and their hosts.  So if you know a challenge host, please direct them to my blog.  Feel free to contact me anytime.  I hope everyone will be able to use my lists.

  1. Wow, that’s a lot of water coming down, fingers crossed the banks hold. I always find something mesmerising about watching a river in spate. Great shots, Cee 👏 Love the reflections of the trees & far bank in the older shot 😃
