Ketchup with you all later. As I have always said, if I have a camera in hand, a photo will be taken.
Here is my entry for Becky’s for January SquareUp challenge.

Here is my drumming feature for the day.
I’ve put together a list of challenges and their hosts. So if you know a challenge host, please direct them to my blog. Feel free to contact me anytime. I hope everyone will be able to use my lists.
Qi (energy) hugs

Good thing I keyworded them, or it would have taken me ages to find them 😀

Fortunately from the beginning I have been quite geeky about it.

Brilliant! BTW, I am loathe to mention him, but it is so topical. Did you know that the founder of Heinz’ ketchup was the son of German immigrants to the US from a little town in the Palatium, Kallstadt. Another immigrant to the US left the same town a few years later and his grandson became an orange-tinged no. 45.

Thanks for the background info. With the name Heinz I figured it was German.

The English version is quite different to the American version even though both made by Heinz. i wonder if you would prefer what they make for us

Most likely. What is your ketchup like?
For other things that are different between the US and England, just wait until show and tell this week.

If I recall correctly ours had more vinegar and less sugar

I don’t like anything with vinegar. I have a theory. My mom craved vinegar when she was pregnant with me and she would just drink it out of the bottle. I don’t like tomatoes either, so ketchup and I don’t get along well at all.

We’ll have to send you some brown sauce or Worcestershire sauce!

Worcestershire I’ve always enjoyed. I usually use horseradish mixed with mayo 😀

ooh what fun, there are so many words that mean different things. We always have to remind ourselves when we come across the pond to make sure we use the right one otherwise we can end up in some much trouble!!
