CFFC: Reed, Read or Red

This week’s CFFC topic is Reed, Read or Red.

These plants have a variety of common names, in British English as bulrush or reedmace, in American English as reedcattail, or punks, in Australia as cumbungi or bulrush, in Canada as cattail, and in New Zealand as raupo.

This challenge both new and archived photos are allowed.  The main purpose of this challenge is to create community and get to know each other through photography.

  1. I went entirely with real reeds, probably because I have some pictures I never get to display and it was lovely to dig them out of the archives and show them off. I through about books and colors, but in the end, it was reeds by the river.

I love the car — you do wonderful antique cars! — and that red silo is something special.
