I love magnolia, Cee! I used to wander round all the gardens I knew in Hartlepool that had one at magnolia time, and now we have a neighbour with a lovely pink specimen in full bloom. 🙂 🙂

We have huge magnolias in the South! The blooms can be as large as basketballs! Heavenly! Here is my post for the day! https://thecadyluckleedy.com/2021/02/26/fotd-bee-yellow/

This one is a little hardier than those you have in the south. 😀

I’m going to see how the tulip fields are coming along this weekend. I can’t wait. They will be barely popping up, but …. 😀

One of my favourite trees 😀

The tree that fell in our yard, knocked down a little branch off my magnolia. It was the one closest to the ground, so I will need to get my longer lens now to get blooms like this. 😀

Oh no! How frustrating, hope magnolia doesn’t look too damaged

It doesn’t look damaged. We can walk under the tree now without bending down. So it will make close ups much harder to get. I don’t do ladders 😀

Chris will just have to climb up for you!!!

Unlikely, but you never know. I actually discovered that I can get photos out of my bathroom window. The house taller than the yard level. 😀 😀
