Chris’s boss 11 year old daughter loves purple tulips, so I always take a few for her. 😀

Aww, that’s really nice. Tulips are so colorful. Nothing like that grows here. There used to be a field of them we’d see driving from Portland to Seattle. I don’t know if it is still there. That was a million years ago.

Nope. They are actually more expensive to get in than Wooden Shoe. It’s a couple hour drive up there too. Wooden Shoe is only 20 minutes away from me.

They are. I have fritillaria, deep red, in my yard. I’ve tried to photograph them, but they look “fake” in every photograph. Your tulips tho . . . great texture. Loved.

What kind of post processing do you use? I can help with the coloring.

I don’t have processing. I have a point-and-shoot Nikon Coolpix!

There are purple ones. They even have some real deep purple. That’s what is nice being able to go to the fields, you see so many different varieties. 😀
