FOTD – May 10 – Bearded Iris

Welcome to my Flower of the Day Challenge (FOTD). Please feel free to post every day or when you you feel like it. Don’t forget that my FOTD challenge accepts leaves and berries as well as flowers.

I took this photo May 9, 2021 in my front yard. This is the first of the bluer irises that I have in bloom.

Irises don’t do well where I live. Too much wind. They are bruised before the day is over.
