Here is my entry for Marsha’s WQWWC (Writer’s Quotes Wednesday) #29.
If you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen. Photo taken at a Chili contest.

Which runs faster, heat or cold? Heat, everyone knows you can catch a cold. Sunflowers on a hot summer day.

Mountain rain or summer heat; your friendship is the reason why I breathe. Photo of two friends with Mt Hood in the background on a sunny day.

I’ve gathered a list of challenges and their hosts. So if you know a challenge host, please direct them to my blog. Feel free to contact me anytime. I hope everyone will be able to use my lists.

I’d like a cup of that hot chili with cheese, please! 🙂 The ladies look like they are enjoying the heat! 🙂 The sunflowers are sending mixed messages about the heat. 🙂

That’s pretty high for Portland area. Last time I was there it reached 97 in Portland. Randy and I headed for Newport.

That was a smart idea. We’ve either been super hot and sunny, or cool and cloudy with some rain. It’s been a weird year. 😀
