This is a bird I captured earlier this year, once again just cropped differently.
This next series is of one tree and four views of it being cut down. (This is the trees next door that got damaged during the ice storm. (Click on any photo to see larger view).

Peonies are one of my favorite flowers. I love those images–especially the close-up. And the close-up of the bird, too. Take care and enjoy the week–despite the heat.

Good news, we have cooled down. Further north of us it’s still hot though. Canada has really been hit hard.
