When Chris walked out of the dentist having had her entire mouth full of novocaine … she grimaced so badly. My heart just went out to here. Hope you are doing better today.

My issue on Tuesday was a full blown anxiety attack thanks to them changing my clinicians without telling me!! Managed to get back there yesterday and meet one of the new clinicians, so whilst treatment still to happen at least I can walk in place and not have a meltdown now!!

Oh you poor baby. Being switched with your knowledge, not fun. Dentists are scary places for the most part.
Chris found this really nice dentist and oral surgeon (dentist is the wife, husband the surgeon). The first time she’s really gone to the dentist in ages. I’ve not gone since before my coma, but my teeth other than a good cleaning are strong and solid. Not the case with Chris.

I have had huge apologies from practice as my notes have huge red flags saying nervous patient, must keep her informed!!
anyhow new dentist is an absolute darling. I unfortunately need to go regularly as I have the start of gum disease thanks to not going for nearly 30 years.

Chris is much like you. I’ve had one cavity that was filled at age 9 and teeth pulled for braces and wisdom teeth … other than that my teeth are good. I’m luck there at least.
