Welcome to my Flower of the Day Challenge (FOTD). Please feel free to post every day or when you you feel like it. Don’t forget that my FOTD challenge accepts gardens, leaves and berries as well as flowers.

I’ve gathered a list of challenges and their hosts. So if you know a challenge host, please direct them to my blog. Feel free to contact me anytime. I hope everyone will be able to use my lists.

Lovely photo Cee, the local farmers have planted patches of sunflowers all around here too, so watch this space for English sunflowers later on in the year!

Thank you. I hope I did it right. As you might remember, I am blind, so my photography skills are practicall nonexistent, but I love to photograph my surroundings (or have my sighted staff take the actual picture) and show them to others online.

Ooooh, pretty, Cee! I rescued some volunteer sunflowers from one of the empty lots and placed them in pots at our place. They were likely transplanted by birds from a nearby garden.

I can see where they could easily grow “wild” as we call it. 😀 😀
