What is that in the last shot? A vacuum on the lam? Escaped from its life of drudgery?
And of course, I love the squirrel. – The first shot has great depth of field and vanishing point.

Yep, that is a vacuum running away 😀 😀

Such a great challenge. I can’t decide which one of yours I like most. I suppose it’s the one with the squirrel.

The perspective on the rail fence is very nice.
Gates are always welcome at Thursday Doors. I’ll add a link back to here (if you don’t mind).

I love the squirrel shot, Cee. Fences only ever act as a means of transport to squirrels – nothing actually fences them in!
I’ve popped of to a place I love – lovely countryside and some wonderful animals: https://travelwithintent.com/2021/08/27/wicken-fen-in-monochrome/

Isn’t it amazing how different fences are. We Americans love them, though. There was a time before fences in the US. I hated missing bridges, but I’m back! Yay! https://alwayswrite.blog/2021/08/28/cbwc-fences-and-gates-at-the-old-prescott-cemetery/
