This week our topic is Half of Anything. Cropping is definitely allowed and encouraged for this challenge.

Be creative if you feel like it, and fun with this challenge this week. Remember your photos needs to be black and white, desaturated, sepia (brown tones) or selective color. I’m looking forward to seeing what you all come up.
Please note that I have started a series of Tips from Cee page. I posted several tips for black and white you may want to check out.
Feel free to take new photos or dig through your archives. The main object of this challenge is to have fun

A fun theme, Cee. Chopping things in half can really add interest – something worth remembering when struggling with composition.
I know you’ve already seen my different take on the theme. It was a bit of a cheat as I hadn’t got time to hunt or think!! Work is busy at the moment.

Great subject 🙂 I hope it doesn’t have to be exactly half and maybe a third will do the job?
I absolutely LOVE the wagon wheel and the old wood shed behind it. It tells a whole story.

Hi Cee –
Your CBWC Half of Anything challenge was a fascinating topic. I especially like your photo from the old mill showing half the grinding wheel. And your photo of half that gorgeous car from 1932 makes me want to see more!
Here’s my half of anything offering – an Osprey with half a fish after feeding its mate at the nest:
