That’s a lovely way of viewing the central florets. Great photo.
Something odd from me today:

Cee, this is an angle such that the flower might be inside out. There are so many Daisy like plants, until I began photographing them, I hadn’t realised that one of our humble weeds is related to the Sun Flower.

Daisies, sunflowers and dandelions have so many relatives … it’s amazing to seem all close up and see their differences 😀

ahh! sunflowers. Lovely shot. I almost bought a bunch of them at the supermarket last week but couldn’t believe how expensive they were….I guess I will have to grow my own.

I broke down and got a small bouquet. They were expensive, but I did enjoy them and got a few photos too. I’ve ordered a couple amaryllis for the holiday season. Two very different pink ones, so those will be fun to watch grow and bloom 😀

Oh, how exciting! I’ve had two planted for three seasons now…they’ve never bloomed. I can’t work out why.

I keep them inside and grow them from a pot. They are only good for one year. I’ve tried following direction to get them to rebloom, but had no luck with it. 😀
