WQWWC #48 Fog and Pick Me Up

Here is my entry for Marsha’s WQWWC (Writer’s Quotes Wednesday) #48.

Ever since I was a little girl I adored fog. When I lived in a small Forest Ranger Station on Lake Superior Minnesota, I remember walking in the woods when there was fog. It seemed mystical to me and still does to this day.

I took this photo not even a half mile from my house last winter.

I’ve gathered a list of challenges and their hosts.  So if you know a challenge host, please direct them to my blog.  Feel free to contact me anytime.  I hope everyone will be able to use my lists.

  1. I love low-lying fog. This is a great photo, Cee. The quote fits it perfectly. I think fog is mystical, too. I was looking (for hours) through boxes to find my notebook of old poems I wrote. No luck, but fog was always one of my favorite subjects.

  2. I remember these fogs in the Shenandoah Valley. You’re right, it did feel mystical, and when they disappeared, left a feeling of otherworldliness. Beautiful photo, Cee.
