  1. Hi Cee

I adore your Bald Eagle on the roof! And the sculpture of the bird on that metal hanger thingy is unusual and a good fit for this topic, but the humble American Robin is my favorite – so sweet and a welcome harbinger for Spring.

And am I ever embarrassed for  being tardy in commenting on your great CFFC and FOTD posts,  I also didn’t even place the actual FOTD tag.

Here’s my CFFC Birds and FOTD offering:

Beautiful Great Blue Herons… Role Reversal?

  2. Wonderful bird photos! The eagle on your roof is beyond wonderful. They used to nest in our woods, but have since moved on to bigger rivers with bigger fish. Tomorrow I’ll post something for this. Meant to do it sooner, but kept losing the post! Too many emails!

  4. Beautiful birds! Love the eagle. It’s hard for me to capture them. I’ve only seen bald eagles up north and in Nebraska—when they’re flying away.

    • That one pictured here had it’s eye on a possum that got run over. We actually called the police to get the possum disposed of, because if that eagle landed on a busy street…..
