Weekend Prompts & Six Word Saturday – I Adore the Variations in Dahlias

This post is in response to Weekly Prompt’s blog with the topic of Variation. This post is also in response to Debbie’s at Travel With Intent blog Six Word Saturday Challenge.

Dahlias are incredibly diverse, and most of the time that’s a good thing — but not always. Unlike most living things which have two sets of chromosomes, dahlias are octoploids which means they have eight. This wider range of genetic possibilities is the source of their astonishing diversity, but it also creates more opportunities for things to go awry. – Old House Gardens.

I’ve gathered a list of challenges and their hosts.  So if you know a challenge host, please direct them to my blog.  Feel free to contact me anytime.  I hope everyone will be able to use my lists.
