So delicate looking, when mustards can be so strong. Wonder why it is called “Poor Man’s Mustard”? I can just imagine the smell of a whole field of these, and a pretty breeze blowing them in the wind. I would love to plant these in a little pot. Do you know how big the individual plants grow Cee?

I just read up on this plant and it is small flowers with medium sized leaves that is an invasive weed, and when crushed, it makes a pesto tasting similar to garlic & mustard. The petals when eaten have a very strong horseradish taste. Interesting, but not usually grown in our area. 😔

Oh I would like the leaves then. So it is really a “fake” mustard. I don’t remember where I took it. I’m guessing it was growing wild somewhere. Thanks for the information John 😀
