Welcome to my Flower of the Day Challenge (FOTD). During the winter months, please feel free to use your archives and find some old favorite photos.
Please feel free to post every day or when you you feel like it. Don’t forget that my FOTD challenge accepts gardens, leaves and berries as well as flowers.

I’ve gathered a list of challenges and their hosts. So if you know a challenge host, please direct them to my blog. Feel free to contact me anytime. I hope everyone will be able to use my lists.

I love to see the white tulips behind the yellow striped ones to give a nice contrast to the wall behind and the yellow tulips in front. They way the leaves and tulips seem to go up from the right side to the left shows where the sunlight shines the most. Wish we had some beautiful gardens here similar to the English gardens you find in Europe. I love flowers, but I could never tell the weeds from the flowers. Beth wouldn’t let me touch the flowers except to cut them for the vases.
