Welcome to my Flower of the Day Challenge (FOTD). During the winter months, please feel free to use your archives and find some old favorite photos.
Please feel free to post every day or when you you feel like it. Don’t forget that my FOTD challenge accepts gardens, leaves and berries as well as flowers.

I’ve gathered a list of challenges and their hosts. So if you know a challenge host, please direct them to my blog. Feel free to contact me anytime. I hope everyone will be able to use my lists.

I love the grape hyacinths as these were some of Beth’s favorites. She planted them to line the whole front of our side yard flower beds and around the flower bed in on the front porch. I especially loved them surrounding the Chinese Lanterns in the front gardens. The deep purple with the bright orange lanterns brought such vibrant color to the front. Beautiful shot of them Cee as I know when we tried to get pictures of ours, how difficult they are to get detail like you have. Love it!

They would go well together. Orange and blue/purple would be great contrasting colors together 😀

I tried to grow these. I think they are lovely and interesting, but we didn’t have quite enough sun. They smell wonderful.

They usually come out with the tulips. They aren’t as early as crocus. 😀 😀

These are so cute looking. Have been planning forever to plant these (or are they only available as seed?) Enjoy spring! Emille
