Cee, I try to be OK, but the war in Ukraine is horrible and eats me. People and animals suffering. Daily updates with heartbreaking scenes with dead people and their animals sitting by their side. How I despair on us humans.

Stunners….all of them! Do you know what the flower in the first pic is called?

It is a straw plant. The petals actually feel like haystraws. They are native to Australia but do well here too. 😀

My macro lens and i were getting closer and closer to the flowers (and sometimes, birds) until one day I wanted to see the scene a bit wider. To see how the background made a fuller picture.
Your macros are always gorgeous with near perfect color.
