That first picture — I thought it was a polar bear in wood! How neat that it’s a random piece of driftwood!

On seeing the driftwood I thought of a creature coming up out of a swamp.

I’m with Brian on this one. The phone is darling. The carved wood is great, and the driftwood does look like a PPAC rather than a random piece of wood. Great post, my friend.

I’m always struck by how similar Oregon and Tasmania are, the trees, the moss, the wood art are all so like home. I do love that piece of driftwood too.

If I had to move to another country, Tasmania would be a place I’d consider. 😀 😀

It took me a while to get to this, not because I wasn’t willing, but because I lost the email in that giant pile of emails I seem to collect daily. But — finally, I deleted enough stuff and I found it! Up tomorrow after midnight.
