Welcome to my Flower of the Day Challenge (FOTD). During the winter months, please feel free to use your archives and find some old favorite photos.
Please feel free to post every day or when you you feel like it. Don’t forget that my FOTD challenge accepts gardens, leaves and berries as well as flowers.

I’ve gathered a list of challenges and their hosts. So if you know a challenge host, please direct them to my blog. Feel free to contact me anytime. I hope everyone will be able to use my lists.

I think these are the prettiest flowers–all those layers and layers. This looks like a tiny baby cabbage, doesn’t it? If you squint, maybe…😗😉

I still think they look like tiny roses. I have always loved these flowers and I think they deserve a prettier name than ranunculus. Something floaty and elegant 🌞

Their name is impossible to spell and say. I agree it needs a better name maybe “spiral to heaven” or something like that.

I didn’t change the date from a copied post. That is the confusion. All is fixed now. 😀

Wish we could grow those here!

I’ve only seen them in nurseries or gardens. I think we might be right at the edge of being able to grow them. 😀

It does look like a decorative cabbage or a flower-like artichoke. 🙂 I almost forgot to link to your challenge today. Too much going on!

I’ve tried to get them to grow here and decided I was wasting money and garden space!
