Welcome to my Flower of the Day Challenge (FOTD). During the winter months, please feel free to use your archives and find some old favorite photos.
Please feel free to post every day or when you you feel like it. Don’t forget that my FOTD challenge accepts gardens, leaves and berries as well as flowers.

I’ve gathered a list of challenges and their hosts. So if you know a challenge host, please direct them to my blog. Feel free to contact me anytime. I hope everyone will be able to use my lists.

Beautiful Cee. I especially like the way you don’t center the flower. I hope this is orange, as that is the color I see with my superior color blindness! LOL.

Yes, John it is orange. My favorite color for a dahlia. Take it super easy tomorrow. You and Cassie will be in my thoughts and prayers.

I agree with John, the positioning highlights the beauty of the flower even more.

What I love about the dahlia is that it has such a strong and consistent presence, it’s thick and conistent place, and strong shapes. Totally different from the wisteria I am showing this week:):)
Here’s mine for FOTD – Have a marvelous week!
