Here is my entry for Ann-Christine’s of the Lens-Artists Photo A Week Challenge.
It isn’t that often that I get to go and find photos for a challenge. Chris and I went out on Monday and found these two dilapidated items to capture.
This first series of a boat on dry land that I captured this weekend. It is being overrun with blackberries (brambles).

This next series is of a small home which is still lived in need of some tender loving care. If we don’t clean our roofs yearly, our gutters and roofs look like this one.

I’ve put together a list of challenges and their hosts. So if you know a challenge host, please direct them to my blog. Feel free to contact me anytime. I hope everyone will be able to use my lists.
Qi (energy) hugs
Cee

Rather a sad group of photos, but wonderfully characterful.

Lots of blackberries on that boat, you’ll have to go back for a visit. I enjoyed the three “home” photos. Didn’t even notice the trees in the gutter until you got close, and then I went back to look at the whole. Tells a story, who knows what…. nice photos though. Donna

It just tells a story of Oregon, moss, and leaves in the gutters 😀 😀 Thanks Donna for commenting 😀

I love how you get closer and closer to the house, which looks nice at first, but then we see its worn spots when we get closer. Together they tell the whole story.
