Here is my entry for Debbie’s, Travel With Intent blog, One Word Sunday Challenge. Oregon is not really famous for their surfing waves, but I love sitting at the beach and trying to capture that perfect wave.

I’ve gathered a list of challenges and their hosts. So if you know a challenge host, please direct them to my blog. Feel free to contact me anytime. I hope everyone will be able to use my lists.

Cee

Maybe not surfing standard, but they are sizeable waves nonetheless. Great captures of them, Cee. Strong, bold images and I love the inclusion of the birds in the last one

People do surf, but Hawaiian and California surfers would laugh out our waves. Although there are rare occasions we get 20 foot waves or higher. Thanks Debbie. 😀

Thanks Elke, I sure enjoy getting them. Haven’t been to the ocean since Covid. And the couple times before then the ocean had gorgeous colors, but was calm. 😀 😀

And isn’t that perfect wave illusive. And just when you think you’ve got one, another comes along or you miss the perfect moment

It fun to catch waves. Lots of digital pictures get thrown out, but when I get one, they are precious 😀
