Welcome to my Flower of the Day Challenge (FOTD). During the winter months, please feel free to use your archives and find some old favorite photos.
Please feel free to post every day or when you you feel like it. Don’t forget that my FOTD challenge accepts gardens, leaves and berries as well as flowers.

I’ve gathered a list of challenges and their hosts. So if you know a challenge host, please direct them to my blog. Feel free to contact me anytime. I hope everyone will be able to use my lists.

I think I bought one of these today 💜 I can hardly wait for it to grow and blossom.

These I was sadly disappointed with. You’d need about 20 of them planted together to make it look somewhat showy 😀

They were expensive – but there was three bulbs in the bag 🥰

The allium looks very similar to one I have which is a ‘Drumstick’ allium – like this one – https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/bulbs/allium/drumstick-allium-flowers.htm

How much wide does it when upon blooming?
Must be more than 2″ I guess.

It won’t get any bigger. They just turn the deep maroon color 😀

I’m growing giant clover, but this is like super, giant, amazing clover. I was trying to see if it was related, but so far I haven’t found any link. These are quite remarkable flowers.

Thanks Marilyn. Alliums are totally different than clover.
