This week our topic is Centered. Your subject can be centered in the photo, vertically or horizontally. Square photos tend to help with the centered topic. I hope you have FUN a lot of fun with this challenge.
Be creative if you feel like it, and have fun with this challenge this week. Remember your photos needs to be black and white, desaturated, sepia (brown tones) or selective color. I’m looking forward to seeing what you all come up.

Please note that I have a series of Tips from Cee page. I posted several tips for black and white you may want to check out.
Feel free to take new photos or dig through your archives. The main object of this challenge is to have fun.

Love your photos, as usual, particularly the blue jay with the selective colouring. I took a different view of the prompt.

The blue bird is lovely. Some kind of Blue Jay? Great color in the middle of monochrome.

Your bird picture with that little splash of blue makes me smile it’s so cute. This was my favorite challenge to do this week. I couldn’t get them all done and still fix Vince lunch, LOL. Hope you have a great weekend. 🙂

I spent a couple hours outside watering my back and side yards. One of my hoses leaks a little so I’m now all wet. 😀 😀

Clever use of selective colour on that blue bird (a Blue Jay???) I haven’t joined in for a while but I couldn’t resist this topic: https://www.toonsarah-travels.blog/gallery-centred-in-monochrome/

Centering can definitely be fun – it really suits certain images. I think it works particularly well for your light, Cee.
I was working on a project while in Sicily and decided to shoot everything square, which resulted in a lot more centering than normal. Here is a quick peek: https://travelwithintent.com/2022/07/11/some-of-sicilys-new-towns/
