Welcome to my Flower of the Day Challenge (FOTD). During the winter months, please feel free to use your archives and find some old favorite photos.
Please feel free to post every day or when you you feel like it. Don’t forget that my FOTD challenge accepts gardens, leaves and berries as well as flowers.
Jez from Photos by Jez blog, this month is featuring rhododendrons on his entry for my FOTD. I thought I would join him with a Rhodie today.

I’ve gathered a list of challenges and their hosts. So if you know a challenge host, please direct them to my blog. Feel free to contact me anytime. I hope everyone will be able to use my lists.

I love the buds on Rhododendrons. The buds on mine are pink, but the flowers are white. I guess yours are red from bud to flower. Must be a smashingly beautiful plant.

Rhododendrons, in bloom, are a favorite. Here is a cardinal flower with rhododendron blooms in the background. 🌺 https://gardenjoyphotos.wordpress.com/2022/07/13/cardinal-flowers-bright-and-bold/

Another wordless wednesday + Cee’s FOTD. What a lovely deep red rhody – mine are more of a fuscia pink!
