Welcome to my Flower of the Day Challenge (FOTD).  During the winter months, please feel free to use your archives and find some old favorite photos.

Please feel free to post every day or when you you feel like it.  Don’t forget that my FOTD challenge accepts gardens, leaves and berries as well as flowers.

  2. What a lovely lily. It’s the same color as our “native” (but originally from Mongolia) Tiger Lilies, but is a warmer color. Very pretty. All of daylilies have died from lack of water. They’ll be back next year, but the only thing that’s thriving are the weeds. How come weeds grow without water, but all the flowers die?
