My mother loved roses and grew the most amazing, smelly, blooms. They always make me think of her.

Roses are just flowers to me. I don’t think roses bushes are that pretty. So I’ve kind of not cared until I get them up close and personal. 😀 😀

We’ve had some beautiful hummers in our yard this year. I invite them in with flowers they like. They have obliged us with many visits, often starting at dawn and continuing until dusk. Beautiful photograph.
