Here is my entry for Ann-Christine’s Lens-Artists Photo A Week Challenge with the topic of Favorite Finds.
I once visited an antique shop and here are some of the my favorite finds. No these items didn’t come home with me.
I’ve gathered a list of challenges and their hosts. So if you know a challenge host, please direct them to my blog. Feel free to contact me anytime. I hope everyone will be able to use my lists.

I didn’t realize that I went all golden this week. Thanks for pointing it out. 😀

Great finds – and I do the same as you – let them stay where they are and photograph them only. I have far too many things in my house already. Love the little cat though. I have inherited some things I cannot leave…Memories of loved ones they once belonged to.

Memories of loved ones, that is a whole different thing. They have a huge comfort value 😀

I agree – they have. And they make you think of that person whenever looking at the thing or using it. It makes your memories come alive.

Wow Cee, imagine trying to stay upright on those skates! I’m with you, the best way to bring home treasures like these is with your camera or cellphone. Great choices

Wow, they don’t make boots like they used to. To think I knew a bootmaker in my twenties. I wonder what he moved on to?

Your guess is probably better than mine. LOL

I love antique stores to browse around in. I’d have been very tempted to buy the cat! 🙂

There was a companion to that cat that was laying down too. I may post that one day as well. 😀

Too bad they had to stay where they were.

We rarely buy anything like that anymore. Neither one of us hold on to possessions, so why pretend to. I take photos of them instead 😀 😀

Makes sense to me, but I still buy way too much stuff. I feel sorry for Jason when the time comes to pick up after us. 🙂
