This is my entry for Di at Pensitivity101 hosts Share Your World and here is my response for the week.
- Do you feel comfortable walking in your neighbourhood at night? Oh yes, I would be very comfortable walking around here. In fact, I’d walk anywhere in Canby.
- When you shop for day to day things, do you pay by cash or card? We pay by debit card, which is closer to cash than anything.
- When was the last time you dressed up for a special occasion? Probably when Chris and I got were able to get legally married in 2013. Note we’ve been together as a couple since 1990.
- Have you ever lied about your age? No.
Gratitude – This past week our weather really turned around. The trees are mostly all bloomed out, except or the really late bloomers. Life is good.

I’ve put together a list of challenges and their hosts. So if you know a challenge host, please direct them to my blog. Feel free to contact me anytime. I hope everyone will be able to use my lists.

Ten years wed, think that’s Tin/Aluminium on the anniversary chart. Congratulations on that and how long you’ve been together.
Hubby and I met in 1989 and got married exactly 2 years later, so we’re celebrating 32 years this year (no special name for 32, so the next is 35 which is Coral)
Thanks for joining in. Hope Chris is doing OK now.

Chris is doing real well. She still has some rehab to do, but she’s happy and healthy and getting better every day. 😀 😀

I didn’t realise you two had been together so long. Well done both! And I hope Chris is steadily getting her strength back … you too.

Chris is doing real well. She’s roaming the house like crazy and do light work. She can’t rehab her stomach muscles until the 21st of the month. It takes 3 months for the stomach to heal enough to exercise it more than just normal walking and sitting/standing stuff. 😀

This sounds like excellent progress to me, though frustrating for her, I guess.

She doing real well emotionally. She’s feeling so much better than the months before she got sick. It’s nice having her back to “normal”. 😀

This year my other half and I will have been married 10 years. We had lived together for 29 years before that. No point in rushing into a marriage eh? Good to know that Chris is doing well. 💖

As you know long term relationships are not always easy but so worth it💕

It rather easy when you have communication between the two parties. But I agree, you do have to work at it. We also have to continually grow ourselves too. 😀

🙂 Congratulations, dear Cee!
So you two are actually an “old” – not odd 😉 – couple. That’s rare these days. But sometimes love just strikes. Wonderful!
All the best to both of you! ❤

The doctor didn’t know if she’d live through surgery. So this is a vast improvement 😀
