This week’s topic is Public Transportation. Anything that is used as public transportation. Can be the size of a single person taxi (car or bike) to a huge Ocean Liner to an escalator to elevator or moving walks. There are all sorts of ways to transport people. Use your imagination. And think, when don’t you have to work to move from one place to another. Something else is using energy to move you. Have fun and use your imagination and creativity with this topic.

I was in such a hurry this morning that I didn’t get a chance to say how much I like your pictures today. Such variety from the stylistic patterns of the airline seats and escalator.to the human angle of the passengers on the train. It killed me to take the color out of mine. I had posted them all before I noticed (once again) it was a B&W challenge. So I took them all down, worked on them and reposted. I may do them in color in another blog. It was the black and white. Two of my functions were cancelled due to rain today, so perhaps I will recolorize them and post in a different post. Wish I’d kept the color versions instead of converting them! I can go back to the originals, though.

I live in an area that is completely lacking in public transportation. Nothing. Not a bus or a taxi. Perils of small town life. I especially love your escalator.

I have always loved escalator photos for some reason, but I’ve never really stopped to take one of my own. One of my favorite things about these challenges is how they help me realize I should slow down and look around more. So I guess that’s no surprise then that I really appreciate the escalator photo here, especially the composition. 🙂

There were at Evergreen Air and Space Museum in McMinnville, Oregon.

They now have a fun slide with a 747, the air museum and a whole different building for a space museum. They have a 747 out front so you can actually walk under it and around it and lots of planes outside too. So if you can park and just have fun. It does cost to go into the different museums though.

It took me a lot of years to get that courage. Street photography is so common now a days, there is no right of privacy like there used to be.
