- Black and white photography
- Sepia tones (browns)
- Selective color with the majority of the photo being in black and white
- Desaturated – very little color tone left in your photo

Your splashes of color are a bright spot in my day today. I like the blue birds & leaves in the second photo, but the cat steals the show.

I like the way you add color to your black and white. I haven’t bothered to learn how to do that. Now I wish I had, It would have been nice to keep the red, white, and blue in the scarf on my turtle.

What a topic, Cee. I recently spotted a convocation (gaggle? troop? parliment?) of the ultimate lawn ornament: garden gnomes. But I probably contravene against decency standards, the way they looked and what they did. So I settled for the second favourites, at least around here: frogs. Like you I experimented with selective colour. I find it interesting that you left the cat in monochrome and highlighted the colours around it.
