Lens-Artists Challenge #127 Precious Moments

Here is my entry for Amy’s of Lens-Artists Photo A Week Challenge with the topic of Precious Moments.

These photos are of Geraldine and her family. She was granted a senior wish and Geraldine wanted to get back on a horse again. Geraldine was 90 or 91 when I took this photo. The wish was granted by Adaptive Riding Institute. The second photo is of Geraldine had while she was sittin on the horse.

While I was occupied with my friend, Chris grabbed my camera.

This photo of a girl on the beach has always spoken to me. She reminds me of myself when I was that age. I’ve always been a loner, but could entertain myself easily.

  11. So precious, Cee! Love your choices – and I must say, you and Chris look so happy both, holding this big, colourful bird. Horse riding at 90 – wow! Love the capture of her hand on the mane. Beautiful. There is something about hands…The girl on the beach – I understand the connection. It could also have been me that age. We fit the same description.
