This cell phone tower (I’m assuming) was put up recently in Canby and it was made to look like a tree. I personally don’t think it works well as a tree.

Really? I think they need to study what trees actually look like a little bit closer. I suppose it is an attempt to “hide” the towers in nature. I think it failed, but it makes for an interesting photo!

This reminds me that I saw some in Cape Verde ‘disguised’ as palm trees 🌴🌴

We’ve had one put up to imitate a palm. Welllll, there’s a few fronds on top of a tall, nobbly post.

I certainly hope not. The post wouldn’t be as ugly. In Oregon we know what giant trees look like 😀

LOL! Couldn’t they have least graded the branches to look like a Christmas tree? Actually, maybe they did but the person who assembled it did not read the instructions … speaking as someone who did exactly that with the same results 🙂

All the branches look pretty much the same size. I just think it is funny and so odd looking, especially considering Oregon is known for its trees. 😀
