FOTD – May 11 – Bearded Iris

Welcome to my Flower of the Day Challenge (FOTD).  Please feel free to post every day or when you you feel like it.  Don’t forget that my FOTD challenge accepts leaves and berries as well as flowers.

I took this photo May 9, 2021 in my front yard. This is the first of the bluer irises that I have in bloom.

  11. I love the bearded irises that you post: very nearly your favourite flower. But this is special: white, against that wonderful texture of the fence.
